If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from eightpointnine you can return it free of charge for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 7 days of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging.
To arrange a refund or to return your item please contact our customer services team here. We retain the right to inspect any faulty items. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods. We will consider refunds for any boxes returned to us within 7 days of receipt and we reserve the right to refuse refund on any product.
