We select our Brazilian coffee beans from the Minas Gerais state, the largest coffee growing area in Brazil. Here there is a huge coffee growing infrastructure and an equally huge volume of coffee production.
The relatively low altitude gives this coffee a muted and mild acidity and this compliments a creamy mouth feel. Consistently sweet with a decent body we use these coffee beans because they deliver everything you would expect from a Brazilian coffee each and every time.
